[c-nsp] Question on CPU utilization

My first post on the list, but I know this one, so I figured I'd speak up.

30-50% CPU util is normal idle level on the 3500XL series:

So don't get too concerned unless it gets up towards the 80-90% range,
or you see actual network impact.
