[c-nsp] USB to serial converter

In minicom, have you made sure to turn off hardware flow control, and/or
experiment with various combinations of software flow control on/off?
In Linux, it is generally necessary to always turn hardware flow control
off in order to get it to work. Not sure about *BSD.
