static routes are not supposed to be dynamic and bfd is not designed for static routes.

This
has
happened
to
me
twice
and
the
answers
i
got
from
Cisco
were
:

1)
the
feature
wasn't
supposed
to
work
from
the
beginning
2)
the
feature
was
causing
conflict
with
other,
more
important
features

Although
our
account
team
was
involved,
although
cisco
developers
were
involved...nothing
happened.

Not
to
nit-pick
here
but
it's
not
a
bug.
It
was
a
feature.
The
feature

worked
perfectly
fine.
Then
support
for
the
working
feature

removed.
Intentionally
taking
away
a
feature
isn't
a
bug
in
my
opinion.
