decision to upgrade across the board.  Though HSRP 'standby x track x' 
command is available on 12.3 (22). Its an option but the sad part is, 
'RTR' being still not supported for tracking. Thanks.

| 12.3(2)T. You need a 12.3T release or a 12.4 mainline release.
