Um... that's not necessarily an error. The "192.168.99.0/23" thingy
could be a host in the 192.168.98.0/23 network, the broadcast address
then being 192.168.99.255. It's a perfectly legal host in a /23 network,
the one just between 192.168.98.255 and 192.168.93.1, both of which are
also perfectly legal hosts.
