[c-nsp] Sup720-3bxl - mpls explicit-null-labels recirculation

Hi everyone,

When disabling mpls implicit null signalled via ldp on the sup720-3bxl:

	mpls ldp explicit-null

The documentation says that packet re-circulation is needed to pop
the explicit null label off the top of received packets.

Do I need to turn on "mls mpls tunnel-recir" for this to work
correctly? The documentation is not very clear what this command
really does and what it is actually needed for.

Does the packet-recirculation mean that I simply half the pps the pfc
can handle given every packet received contains an explicit null
label and needs recirculation? Packets that don't need recirculation
are not effected at all?

Regards

Christoph
