[c-nsp] What is "pv" in "show ip arp"?

QinQ maybe, or vlan mapping?  Just a wild guess.

No, we're not. That was the only acronym I could come up with as a match
for "pv" but since we don't use that here, it didn't make sense.

On the switch where we see this, a vlan 3030 is present so it must
relate to that somehow.
