[c-nsp] BGP question

Hi!

When I add a static route for this prefix, then this happens:
sh ip bgp x.x.x.x/19
BGP routing table entry for x.x.x.x/19, version 267365606

The cpu load is now down. The bgp process doesn't consume too much
cpu ressources. But this is only a short workaround.

Any ideas why this happend ? In BGP I have two entries for that network
x.x.x.x/15 and x.x.x.x/19 The entry for /15 makes no problem.
Is this a misconfiguration of the other provider ?
