Ebay reports mass user account deactivation

AP - Ebay today announced they have deactivated over 200
user accounts for fraud, namely failure to deliver Cisco
network gear won at auction and paid for.  Ebay noted there were
"massive numbers of complaints filed against these 200
sellers"
