[c-nsp] Scheduling daily reload

If the provider isn't willing to fix the issue, you could probably use
kron to schedule a command.  I'd try 'clear interface x' before doing a
fullblown reload to fix the issue though.

Not trying to bug you, just pointing out that this kind of thing isn't  
considered acceptable by most, and that the proffered explanation from  
the upstream doesn't make much sense, that's all.
