The nice thing about standards is that this should "just work".

We've used this in a number of combination, and as long as you are aware
of the caveats:

 - Cisco does not tag packets on the "native" VLAN
 - lots of vendors do not think that per-vlan spanning-tree is a good thing
   (so you'll need to use MST to handle loops aka redundant links)

it should work fine.
