Router-7200#upgrade filesystem monlib ?
  disk0:  Filesystem to be formatted
  disk1:  Filesystem to be formatted

	Seems this 7200 supports that, but perhaps they didn't include
it in the 65xx software?  Seems like a "bug" to me.
