Not really. The box just spit out the traceback error for no apparent
reason. I am am look into the show region and the traceback seem to fall
into " IText R/O main:text " ... IOS related perhaps.

Thanks for all online/offline suggestions. I am planning for a upgrade
IOS then.

Hi,

Are there any symptoms other than these log messages? Other log messages
maybe? Anything that doesn't work? Did it just start happening at some
point?

I guess TAC would start out by asking you to upgrade. IOS 12.2(17b)SXA
have been deferred for two years. It seems 12.2(17b)SXB11a is still
available, even though there's a general deferral notice for
12.2(17b)SXB pointing to SXF instead.

We've been running a dozen C6k with Sup720/MSFC3/PFC3 on 12.2(18)SXF
since shortly after it appeared, and we've had almost no problems with
them. (Just basic MPLS VPN aggregation.)

Regards,
Peter
