[c-nsp] Pix 520 6.3(4) - Outside Port Redirection

Does anyone know how to redirect the outside common known port to an 
inside port on IOS 6.3(4)

I tried - static (dmz,outside) tcp outsideip 443 insideip 8443 netmask 
255.255.255.255 0 0
with a conduit permit tcp host outsideip eq 443 any

also tried

conduit permit tcp host outsideip eq 8443 any

My goal is to have https://host.domain.com versus 
https://host.domain.com:8443?

Seems to work only on when you have the :8443 after the url.  I have 
searched everywhere could not find maybe I am over looking something.

Any advice is appreciated.
