They are very different :)
There are lots of them on the market because people unloaded them after
finding out the hard way that the cards weren't what people thought they
were. The ISL in the name has nothing to do with ISL - the Cisco
proprietary analog to 802.1q. They are actually Token Ring ISL adapters.

Save yourself the headaches and get something like a PA-2FE-TX if you need
100baseTX for your 7206VXR.
