[c-nsp] DFP agent with CSS

Hello, 

 

Does anyone know if a generic DFP agent (something that can talk back
and forth to a CSS DFP manager) for Windows that can be used to
gracefully shutdown a front-end web server from a load balancing mix?
i.e. take the server out of the mix for maintenance while allowing
existing TCP connections to finish, while all new requests get directed
to the other server --  something similar to MS NLB's "drainstopping".
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
