[c-nsp] Snmp restart on router

If you want to restart SNMP process on Cisco router, you can use commands as
listed below... 

no snmp-server community whatever-it-is 
snmp-server community whatever-it-is 

by doing this you will have restarted snmp process :)

Why you want to restart SNMP process?
