I've just received word that the code to address the CoPP crashing bug 
in 12.4T has been back-ported to 12.4(15)T2 which was released late last 
week.  I have not had a chance to test T2 in a lab but the 12.4(17)T5 
code TAC had me test worked flawlessly.
