[c-nsp] Cisco latency issues? high loss to 64.233.167.99

I know that we are seeing 30% - 50% packet loss to that IP but the other 2
in DNS are fine.

Trying to hit this google site and getting 50% loss, random drop offs..

Anyone know of something?
