The smalles ASR1K (1002) comes with 4GB RAM by default, the others
(replacable routing engines) do come with 2GB by default. I'm not
aware of any special RAM upgrades required for AdvEnt.
Upgrade from 2G to 4G is 2kUSD list btw.
