Release notes for 12.2(18)SXF include the following under "Feature Set Guidelines and Restrictions":

There are no 12.2SX boot loader images: none are required.

As expected, i didn't find any to download too.


Release notes for 12.2(33)SXH do not include the above statement.

As expected (!) i found SXH boot loader images:

s72033-boot-mz.122-33.SXH2a.bin
s72033-boot-mz.122-33.SXH3.bin


Are they needed? Is there a reason they returned?
Or should i stick to the general 12.2SX rule "There are no 12.2SX boot loader images: none are required."?
