[c-nsp] Memory requirements in Cisco Feature Navigator

I had this issue many moons ago with a 26xx image. It turns out that the
image would run in the specified RAM (just) but only if there wasn't a
network module present. This required more RAM and therefore the image
wouldn't boot. The feature navigator sometimes doesn't take this into
account - it merely lists the minimum RAM required.
