Yes. Non-VXR went up to NEP-225.  You need VXR for 300+.  Also, don't forget
about the good old "More than 3 High Speed Adapter" Issue with Non-VXR.
There are also various PA's that won't work in non-VXR (PA-GE for one).  In
my mind these days, NON-VXR is evil. (Especially if you have ever used a VXR
chassis).  VXR/NPE-400 is our entry point these days, NPE-G1 preferred even
for aggregation / circuit routers (BGP/MPLS/MLPPP/QOS, etc)
