Well, for a CE site announcing under their own AS it's pretty easy - 
just set up a prefix filter with the network(s) you wish to announce ...
On the PE, it's a more complicated, depending on whether you have _lots_ 
of BGP customers and therefore prefer some kind of automatic filter 
deployment, or just a hand full, allowing the tech folks to set up the 
filters manually - the latter case is the same as with a CE site, while 
possibly also adding an AS filter, ensuring that only the customer's AS 
is announced by them ...

As for automatic filters by using a routing database, I'm still looking 
for a tool myself ;)
