[c-nsp] Any Cisco load balancing'security products with programmable API?

I believe the ACE supports an XML API running over HTTPS.

my requests are odd. I am wondering if anyone knows of any Cisco load
balancing/firewall products with a programmable API (for configuration)
something like XML-SOAP?
