[c-nsp] eigrp and ospf on same switch

A small note, the default for EIGRP is to only consider bandwidth and
delay, so the other values will have no impact.  You can change this
behaviour, but shouldn't do it unless you really know what you're doing
(I have never seen it in production myself).
