 Hi,

Do you know if BFD for HSRP can be configured on Etherchannel?
If not, what will occur if HSRP for BFD support is configured in Vlan
interface level, BFD is configured in 2 interfaces participating on
etherchannel, and there is a failure on 1 interface of the bundle?

Will BFD communicate the failure to HSRP on the Vlan?
Or it will not communicate, as there is a remaining interface UP?

Or BFD will communicate HSRP on the Vlan about the failure but HSRP will
double check that there is still communication to the peer?

Thanks,
Alaerte

Ps.: Configuration similar to:

Interface vlan 100
standby 100 ip 10.10.10.1
standby bfd

Monitoring
Router#Show standby
.
. <removed>
.
Vlan100 - Group 100
    BFD enabled

interface gi1/1
 bfd interval 200 min_rx 200 multiplier 3

interface gi1/2
       bfd interval 200 min_rx 200 multiplier 3

Then simulate failure in gi1/1. It should not affect HSRP as there is a
remaining interface on the bundle. Simulate failure on gi 1/2; this time
it should trigger HSRP changes as per BFD detection.
