[c-nsp] Errors on all interfaces on a WS-C3524-XL-EN

We were getting the same kind of errors on some ports on 2900/3500 XL switches and we had to upgrade 
the switches (to 2950/3550) in order to stop.

I guess XL switches cannot do much these days.
