Not many:

  * 96k instead of 64k mac addresses
  * support for VSS (virtual switching - "stacking for 6500s")
  * some minor bug fixes e.g. some of the rate limiters etc.

No differences there. It's just the PFC (which is the forwarding ASIC), 
the MSFC is the same IIRC.
