[c-nsp] counter bug? RxPause = multicasts

Ethernet PAUSE frames are sent to multicast address 01-80-C2-00-00-01.
Looks like there is a station on VLAN 2 that is sending that frames.
Sniff the traffic to check what is the source MAC.

and you actually enabled PAUSE frames processing
