[c-nsp] OID to pick up Device Type of Cisco devices

I highly doubt you will find an OID that tells you if a device is router or a switch.  For awhile now, Cisco has managed to merge the various functions (bridge, switch, router ..etc) into a single chassis.  Your best bet might be to create your own mapping file and use the output of sysDescr.0 to determine which one is which ..
