[c-nsp] same mac address on two linecards on 7600

Suprisingly, some IOS features still can't cope with this design. 
As an example:

#traceroute mac ip a.b.c.d u.v.x.y
Source ip a.b.c.d error. Mac found on multiple vlans.
Layer2 trace aborted.
