You have to install TFTP server on your PC (solarwinds or any other ) and issue the command 
copy flash: tftp:
u have to issue the command dir or show version to take the IOS image u want to copy and make sure of the connectivity between ur pc and the router (disable windows firewall and if u have ASA or PIX or any other firewalls make sure to allow the TFTP UDP Port)
