[c-nsp] 3560 TX Discards

Hello,

When our backups are running there are a few ports on the 3560 that
are reporting discards via snmp:

FastEthernet0/1 [ifIndex=10001] TX Discards = 1999/minute

Would this cause any problems or is it basically reporting that the
bandwidth is used and it can't transmit the data?
