[c-nsp] To VSS or not to VSS

Hi Eric,
We use it as a core and distribution switches in our campus, have
about 5 VSS pairs, and so far it runs very fine and stable, have not
had any issues with it.
But we have fairly easy setup, no blades (FWSM, ACE) in the box, which
makes things simple.
