[c-nsp] Windows server hangs connected to 3750

Hi David,

Yes, we've tried that and still had the problem (our SFPs seem to support auto-negotiation just fine). The odd thing there is that another of our larger sites is using auto on their site server, and it's having no problems at all with the setup.
