FWIW - FF02::1:2 to UDP/547 is a DHCPv6 solicit (or information request) ... And the ASA probably doesn't have relaying configured (or, atleast, doesn't know where the server is)

You have a Hewlett-Packard device with a MAC address 001f:291c:fa11 that 
has IPv6 enabled.  It is trying to autodiscover its network settings.

The ASA is probably not properly set up to handle IPv6.
