[c-nsp] c2960g: flash gone mad ?

I just stumbled upon a C3560G with 12.2(40)SE that has the same problem:

The device also cannot do a verify operation via SNMP as CISCO-FLASH-MIB
describes it. Both things work fine on devices with 12.2(35)SE5.
