Similarly, I've seen this on new Solaris hosts with
"local-mac-address" set to false.

# eeprom | grep mac
local-mac-address?=false
#

Needs to be changed to 'true', otherwise all interfaces use the same MAC.

# eeprom local-mac-address?=true
#
