I think it's not cisco-related issue. flow-capture (in my case 
FreeBSD7/amd64 flow-tools-0.68_6) suffers from memory leak. Maybe in 
your case it was killed by kernel due to the same cause (look through 
log files). To prevent out-of-swap induced kernel panic or something, I 
restart flow-capture by cron job daily when the traffic is low.
