Thanks! When I used the Software Advisor by specifying the hardware platform
and two features, it never listed the "Remote Access Server", just
"Enterprise Plus".  One of the many foibles of the SA.

Feature Navigator (www.cisco.com/go/fn) says that 12.3M with "Remote
Access Server" feature set should fit (32M RAM/8M Flash).
