[c-nsp] X2 and WAN PHY

The only X2 DWDM optics I have seen are:

Website says: "*X2 Modules for 10G-Ethernet, 10G-Fibre Channel, and
OC192/STM-64"* so I assume they will work for WAN PHY.

(I have no experience with these, just found them when googling.)
