[c-nsp] Maximum number of class-map supported

Hello,

it seems that 256 is correct. I have tried on 2800 (12.4) and 7200
NPE400 (12.2SB) with the following output.

72-NPE400(config-pmap)#class 255
Max limit of 255 classes in a policy reached

and also I found the same answer here
