You can reload it yes, but you can't upgrade it during this reload. If a
member comes up with another version than the master it is either
automatically downgraded or placed in a disabled state.

And you can't reload the master without taking down the whole stack.

So you can't upgrade the stack w/o downtime. I really wish you could
though. :-(
