Do you know Cisco 2651XM is fine for 100M network?

If the memory is 256M, it is ok?

Can it support Virtual private network, VLAN and new tcsh command?

i check the ios is "C2600 Software (C2600-ENTSERVICESK9-M), Version
12.3(23)"

Do I need to buy any extra memory?
