[c-nsp] 6500 sup720-3bxl crash

Sig 20 = cache parity exception aka parity errors.

Take no action for now and only replace mem/board should this recur  
within a 12-month window.

In the meantime, ensure you follow proper ESD procedures when handling  
devices/modules/memory etc.
