[c-nsp] EEM Question

Does anybody know why when using EEM to write to syslog after an event there is an extra blank line written?  And if so how to stop that from happening.

I have an quick applet that just checks to see if the routers was configured by snmp and then writes a log message but every time it also writes an extra line to syslog.

This is happening on a 3825 running ADVIPSERVICESK9 Version 12.4(17b)
