Seems like everyone is interested in knowing the ISP.
And the winner is..... Time Warner Cable. They are also doing the same for
port 1863.

It may be worthwhile to name & shame the provider for intercepting your
h.323 directed traffic.
(Unless of course you're in one of those countries that uses high telecom
rates to justify blocking VoIP).
