The claimed forwarding rate is 101.2Mpps.
Assuming full-duplex and maximum speed used on all ports at the same time
(48*2+2*20=136Gbit=17Gbyte/sec of traffic) means that the average packet
size would have to be less than 168 bytes for you not to get wirespeed
forwarding.
Given that I think you can safely assume they're not oversubscribed.
