[c-nsp] Cisco Refurbished Equipment Program

We purchased a Cisco 6509 through this program a couple years ago.   
When we first got it up and running we found out it had a failed fan  
tray, just opened a TAC case for the RMA and got a new one right  
away.  No complaints here!
